Set in 1998 New York City and based on a true story, Beyond Eyes Can See follows the chaotic lives 
of Rene, Alvin, Candy, Debbie, Ely, Jeffrey and Lorenzo, who despite difficult upbringings have 
managed to find some semblance of stability. Maintaining that stability proves to be harder than anticipated 
as they find themselves scrambling to fix one problem after the next, ultimately leading to a tragic loss.
